About Gardena Events Center

1-Our booking rate is 350 an hour. 2- We have a 2 hour minimum booking rate Monday through Friday and Sunday. 3- Saturday bookings are a minimum 8 hours. 5.300 sq ft of interior space and 8500 square ft of outside space in the back lot that can used for event space. It is a unique, rustic industrial space Includes large main event space with 40 foot bar and separate kitchen. Conferance Room, Vip Room with another bar, large mens and womans ADA approved restrooms, private dressing room/green room with shower, the outdoor area in the back lot is secured by 8 foot walls and an electric gate. 10 foot electric roll up doors in front and back can also be used. Valet parking in front.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
