With hues of creams, taupes, and nudes it is the perfect creative space for photo shoots, video shoots, E-commerce, podcasts, and small events and bridal parties. This industrial - chic space features modern decor, multi set ups for shooting, and large clean walls. There are floor to ceiling windows which brings in beautiful sunlight, as well as a full functioning kitchen. Please note this location is does have an onsite makeup artist ( rates not included in rental fee). All bookings with 6 or more guest will incur a cleaning fee of $150.
