About the Space
Our tiki bar has been carefully curated to recreate a vintage tropical setting, with artwork and Polynesian artifacts. It is an intimate space, and best suited for small photo or video shoots with minimal equipment. Some items can be moved to make room. There are several seating areas, and a small cocktail bar. Lighting is Hue and LED WiFi controlled and can be customized for a variety of looks. There is space for equipment and crew on the connected outside patio. A bathroom inside the main residence can be made available as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
