This space is excellent for video shoots, music videos, television productions, podcasts, Meetings, presentations, photo shoots, band rehearsals, play rehearsals, small parties and more. 1). 22' wide x 17' deep x 16" high aluminum staging, (with various risers) 2). 2400 square feet of production area (transformable), 3) State-of-art production and video recording gear, 4). Full production light show (lasers, lighted smoke machines, sparks, moving lights, etc) 5). Green Screen walls, 6). Seating can accommodate 25-40 guest, 7). Green room is available also.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
