Instagram: @studio_40e The studio is located in the suburbs outside of DC, avoiding the traffic and congestion of the city. We have a large parking lot in front of the building, with ample and convenient parking at no cost. The building is secure, with technology to provide digital access to guests. Warm and inviting, the studio is a reclaimed warehouse space that offers industrial vibes with concrete floors and 20ft ceilings. You are welcomed into the studio through the lounge, which has a modern aesthetic that includes dark walls and warm accents. The lounge is equipped with a dressing room, clothes rack, clothes steamer, make-up station, tv and lounging furniture. The main studio space is further back, with a simple white aesthetic that can be used to create as you wish. We are equipped with lights, modifiers, triggers, an assortment of colored paper backdrops and canvas backdrops, and much more. The loading dock area down the hall is a shared space with 3 large garage doors - when opened, the space provides plenty of natural light. The backdrop holder in studio can be used in the loading dock to hang backdrops to build sets in natural light.
