Looking for a place to rent to enjoy a special day with family and friends ?This rural retreat on acreage is located off the beaten path and gives guests an opportunity to experience the majestic oaks, views of rolling landscape , and pastures filled with grazing horses and cattle. Gives guests an opportunity to experience farm life and agriculture . Less expensive alternative to most similar properties with the same rustic charm. Guests will have a minimum of two nights overnight access to a fully renovated three bedroom (1900 sq ft), three bath farmhouse with 5 beds (2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and one trundle bed with queen mattress on top and roll out double bed on the bottom), bridal suite with swivel chair, mirrors, and magnificent lighting. Guests will also have access to a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, ping pong and air hockey tables (equipment provided), covered outdoor grilling area (propane provided), fire pit (wood provided). We also offer multiple (add ons) which could include up to two 20x40 pole tents , 8(8 foot folding tables), solid wood dance floor, tablecloths, and decor. Can accommodate up to 75 guests on the property. Pricing of the tent(s) includes the set up and takedown which is listed in the add on section. . The property provides ample parking space for guests .
