This completely renovated home from the 1930's is centered directly in the heart of the quaint river town of Clinton, NJ. A 50 foot walk from the house to Main Street offers an eclectic mix of restaurants and shops catering to families and individuals that appreciate the natural beauty that Hunterdon County has to offer. On the front lawn, a fully restored 1963 Globetrotter Airstream resides on the private lawn with gardens and shade from the Maple Trees and Honey Locust. Airstream photography requests are separate. On the homes waterfront side looking out to the Raritan River, you will find a completely private, unobstructed view of one of the most photographed mills in America, The Red Mill. Water rights extend out to 50 feet. Canoe rentals are available upon request. An excellent venue for photography and film/ television production. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
