PARKING & BREAK OUT AREAS FOR FILM CREW Off street parking space with secure electric gate and fence, room for 1 large van plus free (all day) street parking. LIVING AREAS Open Living Area. Kitchen/Dining/Living with table seating 8-10, Danish lounge setting and flat screen TV. Full length bi-folding doors open on to courtyard. KITCHEN Fully equipped. Our house is cleaned by fully professional cleaners adhering to relevant cleaning laws and regulations. House must be left as it was found, for enjoyment of next guests. If damage or additional cleaning is required, or furniture needs to be moved back into position, fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
