Birthday parties, baby/wedding showers, even weddings (I did mine here) are all a possibility in this multi -room space. We are a working dance studio Mon-Fri, and only rent out space for special events on the weekends. The main ballroom (see Ballroom A on the blueprint) is a spacious 1,600sf with vaulted ceilings, floating dance floor, built-in mood lighting and a robust A/C system. Attached to the ballroom, and included with the rental, is a waiting area/lobby with tiled floors that's perfect for setting up food & drinks. There's also a patio with a handicap ramp to provide easy access to any guests with mobility issues. You and your guests will be using the South entrance for privacy and direct access to the rooms with the celebration. Door 4 enters into the ballroom, Door 5 enters into the hallway/waiting area with the food/drinks. Be sure to direct your guests as such, in your invitations, and bring along signs and/or balloons to help direct your guests from outside. Four clean, modern bathrooms mean almost no waiting even with a large group of friends. Tables (6' rectangle banquet) and folding chairs are provided for your rental (folded and ready for you to set up in whatever design you prefer). The space will seat up to 125 people with a small portion of the floor dedicated to dancing. If no dancing, you can spread the tables and chairs out.
