About the Space

DCTV’s French Renaissance landmark former firehouse circa 1895 offers unique and versatile multi-use space rentals for: film/photo/green screen shoots, production holding/catering, art exhibits, concerts, parties, dance/theater performances, product launches, lectures, rehearsals, screenings, fundraisers, and more! Many of our spaces are also wheelchair-accessible. Rental includes Engine Bay and outdoor alleyway. Recent clients include: Apple, Dover Street Market, Hammitt, ABC, Adobe, Boiler Room, NY International Children's Film Festival, Center for Constitutional Rights, Cinemax, Universal Television, NBC, Netflix, Paramount Pictures, and POV to name a few.

While we’re very excited to gather together in-person and feel some relief from the onset of the pandemic, we recognize that COVID-19 is still an ongoing reality. In order to keep our community safe, masks are currently required at DCTV except when eating or drinking. We will continue to update our policies in adherence with the latest health and safety guidelines and protocols. If you are experiencing symptoms that could be related to COVID-19 please stay home, and contact us for a credit towards future rentals.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
