About the Space
Our studio space is a walk up with 1800 sq feet. Studio is an open layout perfect for pop ups, events, birthday parties, meetings or conducting business. We have 2 offices and a conference room great for conducting meetings. Studio has skylights with great natural lighting. Space has coffee machine, fridge, water dispenser, clothing racks and more.

Space is properly cleaned prior to every booking. We maintain a very clean workspace and also hire a cleaning company after every rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
