About the Space
This home is located in Rancho Cucamonga. This listing is for the use of the first floor only. This includes two living room areas, a dining table, kitchen with an island, restroom, and outdoor space with mountain views and a pool. The home offers an open concept layout with lots of natural light that works well for photoshoots, videos, interviews, and short films. Spacious living for putting up backdrops and props. All backdrops and props must be provided by you. I will be on site for the entire duration of shoot (as this is my home) to help with anything you may need but will be out of your way (upstairs) unless needed. The home offers parking in driveway and enough space for street parking as well.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
