For full equipment list, please see our FAQ section below. Booking Options Self-Service Option (Base Rate) The Self-Service Option is perfect for teams that prefer to bring their own production crew. It includes access to the studio, fully equipped and set to our standard configuration. We will provide a quick 10-minute orientation at the start of your booking and leave you to it! Hassle-Free Option (Add-On) With the Hassle-Free Option, an on-site technician will handle the setup, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot any issues during your session. This option also includes live switching between our 3 camera angles, delivering a polished HD video file. Custom Production Package (Add-On) The Custom Production Package offers full flexibility to tailor your session to your unique needs while also optimizing. Customize lighting, furniture, props, camera angles, and more for a personalized production experience. A professional videographer and audio engineer will be on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additional perks include access to a green room, teleprompter, complimentary set changes, free parking, and a snack bar to make your session even more enjoyable. Questions or Want a Tour? Yes, all equipment is included in the hourly rate and set to our standard configuration unless you choose not to use it. 2. What equipment is included? Cameras: (2) Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 (1) Sony FX3 Audio: (1) Rodecaster Pro II, (2) Shure SM7B Microphones Lights: (2) Aputure 300 D Lights Live Editing: (1) ATEM Mini Pro Iso 3. What should I bring? For all bookings, please bring your own storage: (3) 512GB Sandisk V30 SD cards if recording in 4K and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files. If live editing or recording in 1080p, please bring (1) 1TB SSD and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files. 4. What is the best time to shoot? During this season, the ideal shoot time is 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 5. How many people can record at once? Studio A accommodates up to 4 recording guests and 7 total attendees. Larger groups may incur additional fees. 6. Is WiFi available? Yes, high-speed WiFi is provided, and the password will be shared upon arrival. 7. Can I bring food? Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring outside catering. We can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

We clean and disinfect after every booking and allow time to do so between slots.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
