All-Inclusive Podcast & Video Production Studio – Bushwick, Brooklyn Nestled in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn, our 550 sq. ft. Podcast Recording Studio is located inside a multi-production house and designed with modern industrial elegance. Just a short walk from the Central Ave M & J subway stop, the studio delivers a seamless, professional audio and video production experience. The studio rate is all-inclusive. Your booking includes full access to professional lighting equipment, podcast audio interface, microphones, and both audio and video recording. The space features a two-camera setup capturing one wide angle and one medium shot, providing dynamic, high-quality footage for podcasts, interviews, live broadcasts, and film productions. All essential production equipment is included — everything you need to record is ready upon arrival. The studio offers natural light through a large window for daytime shoots, blackout capabilities for full lighting control, 14-foot ceilings, elegant carpeted floors, a fully equipped kitchenette, in-house WiFi, and a comfortable lounge area. Furniture is fully rearrangeable to accommodate one-on-one interviews, panel discussions, or branded content shoots. Inside the podcast studio, curated furnishings include a three-seater loveseat, accent chair, desk chairs, side tables, and bar stool — designed to complement a variety of filming styles. Clients may operate equipment independently if experienced, or request an on-site engineer as an add-on. Files are delivered immediately after your session via direct transfer. This fully equipped studio provides a turnkey, professional production environment — all included with your booking rate. Please keep in mind the only way to access our space is through the front building The Center of Bushwick location is known for all quality restaurants, food markets, delis, bars, and nightlife, and it's easy to order food and delivery. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are taking extra sanitary precautions at the loft to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We are taking these precautions for our guests, studio neighbors, and ourselves. We typically use all-natural cleaning agents before and after every booking. Still, to ensure that our space is kept safe, we have used Clorox Cleanup, Alcohol natural mixtures solutions (an effective coronavirus killer) spray on all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc., before and after each booking. We also provide hand soap for extensive hand washing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
