Pops of color offer lively details, while the white walls reflect natural sunlight as it pours into the picture window on the main floor. The large living space is flexible and can be used with or without the seating, and there is a private office available on the main floor as well. The kitchen is right off the living room and has a sliding door to the spacious, private backyard–creating the perfect flow of indoor/outdoor space. This artist home is perfect for small gatherings and events, branding, lifestyle, photo shoots, headshots, intimate yoga or movement sessions, private classes, or workshops.

The space is cleaned, disinfected and properly ventilated to help keep germs minimized and to prioritize the safety of our guests. Guests are also welcome to keep the sliding door open (with screen door closed) during bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
