A bright open space with 15' high ceilings, loft, kitchenette and private bathroom. It is the perfect place for an intimate party, event, meeting, photo shoot or retreat day with friends! Large white walls offer the opportunity for a variety of photography genres. Smaller vignette walls offer artful expressions as a backdrop for creative vibes. Daylight streams in through many window and door openings and a large garage door can be opened on warmer sunny days to access the outdoors. Artwork can be taken down with prior consent and approval by host. This studio is located at the rear of our property behind our main residence on 1/4 acre in a residential neighborhood with easy access through a private driveway and the large garage door offers a simple and smooth load-in. The large work table (standing height 40"H) is moveable with casters and will easily fit 10 with stools. The dining table (seated height 30"H) can be used for a beautiful food spread if you are using the space for a party. The sit/stand work desk has an Apple monitor for laptop connection. Refrigerator and enamel dish ware available for food and beverages brought in. Infrared 2 person sauna available for usage (please bring your own towel and towel mat). Private bathroom stocked with Public Goods supplies. An inspiring space to host gatherings, photoshoots, video shoots, meetings, workshops and creative retreats.
