About The Place This 2,140 square foot cabin is situated on a one-acre mountain-view lot and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms conveniently arranged with a bedroom / bath on each of three levels. The main level offers a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, laundry, and access to a spacious outdoor deck; the lower level includes an Entertainment room with a daybed (2 single mattresses) and a separate ground-level entrance from the patio; the loft level features a balcony work space overlooking the valley. Outdoor amenities include a Private Jacuzzi Hot Tub on the ground level covered patio and a comfortable dining/conversation space on the spacious wrap-around deck above the patio. Adirondack and rocking chairs on the deck and patio provide ample seating for all guests to enjoy the scenic valley; a propane grill and dining table offer a mountain backdrop for dinner. Seasonal Public Pool and fishing pond access is located 6 mins away driving (2.8 miles) at Honeysuckle Meadows Pool & Deli of Happy Hollow Road in Wears Valley. Pool open May through October from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. Stay connected with high-speed wireless internet (up to 1200 Mbps) and four Smart TVs (75’’, 65’’, and two 43’’) with complimentary streaming of Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+ and Peacock; login to personal streaming services is also enabled. Additional entertainment options include a foosball table, Ms. Pacman Arcade and variety of classic games for all ages (such as a poker set, monopoly, checkers, dominos, Mega Jumbling Tower, variety of popular trivia games, etc.). Safety/security amenities include two private entrance doors with smart keyless locks and outdoor driveway camera and video doorbell (main level). Up-to-date Fire extinguisher, fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and first aid kit are also included. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, electric tools/gadgets (including Keurig coffeemaker, electric tea kettle) and dining ware. For your convenience, bathroom starter kits (toiletries/soaps/shampoo) are provided with the clean towels and bed linens. The spacious parking area will easily accommodate 3+ standard vehicles (side-by-side, non-blocked parking) and is also sufficiently large for trailers and full-size recreational vehicles. Motorcycles are welcome to park on the covered patio or graveled storage area under the deck.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
