About the Space

Activities that work well in our space are wedding receptions, or meetings of any kind, including corporate and wellness retreats. Whether your workshop, meeting, or reception lasts an hour or a day, or several days, we can accommodate small-to-medium sized events. We have an indoor meeting hall that can fit roughly 30 guests, classroom style, about 20 seated at tables, and approximately 10-12 people with yoga mats. This space has a sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, and counter space. Additionally, we have an outdoor cantina with seats for roughly 20 with a fire pit and propane heat lamps, if needed. There is a bar area where food and/or drinks can be served. Uniquely ours, we offer a beautiful walking labyrinth that can be used for group meditations/functions with space all around for outdoor tables, seating, or yoga mats. We've hosted as many as 40 for yoga in this space. A small wedding reception would be ideal here - up to 100 people, easily. The labyrinth is surrounded by magical faerie tamarisk trees that create arches all around. Additionally, we have space to accommodate overnight guests or weekly retreats and can sleep up to 18, depending on how many people double up. Our charming restored vintage pink trailer sleeps up to five, we have two motel rooms, each with a queen bed, a bunk room that can sleep six, and a tiny house with a queen bed and double sofa couch. The property, in total, is on 2-acres in a natural environment, full of trees, birds, and bunnies.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
