About the Space
The movie theater can seat 40 people and has the capability to play DVDs, Blu-Rays, DCP and 35mm films with a high quality NEC film projector and 5.2 surround sound.
*DCP and 35 mm are only available upon request for an additional service charge.
There are 32 cozy reclining movie seats installed in the space, and are all able to be reorganized. 8 additional chairs can be added upon request. Blankets can be provided upon request. The primary entrance has a grand staircase to the back of the theater. There is also an ADA automatic door around the corner.
This theater would be great for Production of your short film, music video, feature film, or TV show. We also offer a comprehensive list of camera, lighting, audio, and grip gear for rental as needed.
The lounge area is also included in this booking, which includes a couch, and multiple chairs and tables. There are 4 single use unisex bathrooms along the side of the theater.
We are half a block away from a great bar and restaurant that is open late, called Fireside, perfect for your catering needs.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
