FILM/TV/CONTENT The location has been used by Hollywood film directors, TV shows, brands, commercial & portrait photographers, indy filmmakers, podcasters, TikTokers, Youtubers, Course Creators and soon, you! E-COM + PRODUCT + LIFESTYLE A hybrid of studio & apartment, the space is designed so that every way you point your camera is a unique moment to capture. The space is curated for maximum creative expression - in addition you can shift, change and re-arrange the interior to suit your specific vision and style. To maximise your creativity and time, the location is laid-out with a dedicated studio section (including a 4m white-wall) along with areas of furnishings/plants/art/ornaments for lifestyle images and shoots. AMAZING FLEXIBILITY The location can be used with the existing interior furnishings or as a blank slate for your desired pieces/set dressings - let us know what you would like to do! RATES Our rates vary depending on day and time - and your requirements. Rates per hour as at April 2025: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm: $95 Mon-Wed 6pm-10pm: $115 Mon-Wed 10pm-12am: $140 Thu 6pm-10pm: $140 Thur 10pm-12am: $160 Fri 6pm-10pm: $160 Fri 10pm-12am: $180 Sat 9am-6pm: $115 Sat 6pm-10pm: $160 Sat 10pm-12am: $180 Sun 10am-6pm: $135 Sun 6pm-10pm: $180 Sun 10pm-12am: $200 ATTENDEE PRICING (hourly): 1-9 people - 0$ 10-19 people - $15 20-29 people - $25 30-39 People - $35 40-50 people - $45 Cleaning fee: $50 (for productions over 4 hours) *the number of people during your booked time slot will be counted. To avoid unexpected charges, ensure the number of people who will be on the premises is accurate at the time of booking. We prepare the space based on the number of attendees you stipulate. PLEASE NOTE: We are a small business and we operate on tiny margins. Taxes and Peerspace fees account for approximately 50% of what you actually pay. ✅STUDIO RULES. ‼️Please carefully read the RULES below - failure to follow the rules may result in your booking being cut short and/or terminated. ✅ RESPECT for each other - the space AND for others who occupy the building is TOP PRIORITY 🙌 ✅ ⏰ TIMES⏰ Your booking starts from the time you have booked and finishes when the last person leaves. Additional time is charged in 30 minute increments ✳️ RESPECT ✳️ While the building is covered in graffiti, IT IS NOT ABANDONED OR DERELICT and the businesses and professionals who occupy work at all hours and need to be shown CARE and RESPECT just as you would your own building or place of work. 📷 SECURITY CAMERAS 📷 Cameras are throughout the building, inside the studio and at the front door of the studio - footage will be reviewed if there is an incident or complaint. ❌ABSOLUTELY NO ROOF ACCESS❌ This is a safety issue and under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should your guests or crew access the roof. 🏠REMAIN INSIDE 🏠 Guests/crew should remain inside the studio except when arriving or leaving - loud groups of people should not gather or hang out on the balconies or roam throughout the building. 🚪WINDOWS and DOORS🪟 should remain closed at all times during your event/production to ensure excess noise does not permeate into the surrounding areas. 🔊 MUSIC 🔊 needs to be kept within the normal legal levels at all times. 🔇MUSIC 🔇 needs to be off 15 MINUTES before your booking ends so you and your guests have time to gather belongings and be out of the premises BY THE TIME YOUR BOOKING ENDS. 🚫NO NAKED FLAMES 🔥 this includes candles, sparklers, fireworks etc. ❌NO GLITTER or CONFETTI❌ 📛NO TAPE, BLUTACK, ADHESIVES📛 are to be used on the walls without prior consultation. 🚫NO THROWING OBJECTS 🚫 in the building or off the the roof/balconies - this is dangerous and can cause serious injury or death - if anyone if seen to be throwing things off the balconies the police will be called and your event will be terminated. ❌NO VANDALISM ❌ Or PHYSICAL DESTRUCTION of the property will be tolerated - if this happens the police will be called and your event ended. 🚫NO GRAFFITI🚫 guests who have been found to be graffitiing in the past have been ordered to pay for damages - we know that may seem strange as the building is covered in graffiti, regardless it is not legal and not permitted. 👍RESPECT THE NEIGHBOURS 👍 leave in a quiet and orderly manner - our highest priority (aside from you event/shoot being a success) is that the OTHER OCCUPANTS in the building are NOT DISTURBED by you. Treat the STUDIO and BUILDING with respect and ensure that your booking is uninterrupted and enjoyable for you and the other tenants in the building. ‼️Failure to follow these rules may result in your event or shoot being cut short or terminated.
