FLEXIBILITY Designed with flexibility in mind - you can change and re-arrange the interior to suit your specific branding, experience or vision. Some utilise a blank space to dress with their own decorations: others make use of the existing interior. To maximise your time and event, the location is laid-out with open spaces along with areas of furnishings/plants/art/ornaments for a dynamic day or night. RATES Our rates vary depending on day and time - and your requirements. While we want to give you the best, we are a small business and operate on tiny margins. Taxes and Peerspace fees account for approximately 50% of what you actually pay. Rates per hour as at May 2025: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm: $105 Mon-Wed 6pm-10pm: $125 Mon-Wed 10pm-12am: $150 Thu 6pm-10pm: $150 Thur 10pm-12am: $170 Fri 6pm-9:30pm: $175 Fri 9:30pm-11:30pm: $215 Fri 11:30pm-2am: $255 Sat 9am-6pm: $125 Sat 6pm-9:30pm: $175 Sat 9:30pm-11:30pm: $215 Sat 11:30pm-2am: $255 Sun 10am-6pm: $145 Sun 6pm-9:30pm: $195 Sun 9:30pm-11:30pm: $235 Sun 11:30pm-2am: $275 ATTENDEE PRICING (hourly): 1-9 people - 0$ 10-19 people - $20 20-29 people - $30 30-39 People - $40 40-50 people - $50 Cleaning fee: $150 *the number of people during your booked time slot will be counted. To avoid unexpected charges, ensure the number of people who will be on the premises is accurate at the time of booking. OTHER THINGS: A staff member will be on hand to let you in and help you with anything you need during your booking. Rooftop access is off limits - it is a matter of safety, to avoid structural damage and of respect to the other businesses in the building.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
