The space is a 700 square-foot west facing lounge with two bathrooms and 3000 square-foot courtyard, all artfully decorated in contemporary and colorful style, borrowing from mid-century modern, and tropical travel locales. Inside, we have large windows facing the street that provide plenty of natural light in addition to all fixtures which are outfitted with Hue Color Bulbs to customize any experience. Outside is shaded by a large tree-of-heaven and covered veranda. Wifi is available on-site with a blazing download rate of 600 mbps. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
