This gorgeous desert landscape of 160 acres is on the historic “Mojave Road”, adjacent to and overlooking the Mojave Trails National Monument and the Mojave National Preserve. It provides unobstructed views of state and BLM lands beyond the property and guided tours of adjacent lands. This is the only private property with the views seen in these photos. An on-site 40’ air-conditioned trailer can be used as a dressing room, make-up wardrobe area, it has a toilet, running water and kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and microwave. Property has three separate washes and many beautiful and unique geological features. There is hard-pack parking for vehicles, grip trucks, cranes, etc. A generator, wifi, portable restrooms, changing areas, and any needed equipment, trailers, etc can be provided on request with notice. The property is very secluded but only 2 miles off the 15 freeway. For large projects needing sets, production trailers, bath and shower trailers, etc, contact host and accommodations can be negotiated. His 4-wheel jeep can be rented. The recent Daughtry video, The Dam, was entirely shot on host’s private land or on nearby lands he guided them as a location manager. The property is easily accessible a half mile off the 15 freeway in south California. The host’s family has lived on nearby lands for generations—the famous archers, Ken and Walt Wilhelm of Paramount Picture fame.
