Beautiful and Modern Multi-Use space
About the Space
Beautiful, spacious multi-use studio located in the historic district of Mott Haven in the Bronx. The space is great for events, photo shoots, film shoots, dance classes, pop ups and meetings. This is a new and modern studio that features an open concept with lots of natural light, central air, and heat and ceramic floors. Tasteful decor and soundproofed storefront! Seats comfortably for up to 40 guests. For an open concept flow, 50 people may walk around and socialize. Additional space is available. Please inquire with Anne Leigh Cooper. While we don't require vaccinations, we encourage everyone to practice health consciousness. We do our part to clean and sanitize after every event.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After each event we ask our guests to do a trash sweep and remove any trash and dispose in the bins outside. As hosts we staff a cleaner between each event who sanitizes the space completely.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
