Welcome to our space, where gold ceilings & disco ball planters await you! Inspired by vintage pieces & period specific style, our renovated 1950s condo has a funky, retro-modern feel that’s grounded & earthy. The space surprises and delights and is the perfect venue for lifestyle photo shoots, family and couple photos, interviews, and more. Our venue is a quick 5-minute stroll from the Village District which has 90+ restaurants & retail shops available to explore while you work or for complimentary area photos. We are also walking distance to Glenwood South, Five Points & several area parks.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We want you to know that we are doing our best to help our guests stay safe. We take extra care when cleaning and disinfect all frequently touched surface areas, including: light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles and remotes. For your convenience, hand sanitizer is stationed near the front door on the end table beside the sofa. We use green cleaning supplies (from Blueland and Seventh Generation) where possible.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
