NugeSpace Flex Room
About the Space
We have an UPSTAIRS flexible space that can easily be used to record a meeting, presentation, film a teaching module, a band/music video talking head or interview. We have chairs and tables for a meeting room, production office, fitting room and casting. The maximum number of people/participants is UP TO 75. There is no elevator. There is a full kitchen and island bar that is moveable, single bathroom and shower. There is NO ADA access here. However there are an additional 2 restrooms outside on ground level. The space comes with 30 chairs and 8 tables. There are additional tables and chairs available for rent. There is also a 75 inch LED TV that is easy to connect to for presentations. Internet is fiber optic at 1 gib up and down if connected through ethernet.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
