There is a 40’+50’ open room for activities etc. Attached is a 20’+40’ kitchen fully stocked for cooking, refrigerator, oven,microwave, sink etc. Living room with couches etc.is in the same room. Also a Full Bathroom. In the big room are 8’ Lifetime tables & Chairs available as well! -There is also an outdoor area available for weddings Etc.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
