Welcome to The Dean at 47th! This luxurious photo & lifestyle content studio is perfect for creatives and entrepreneurs. Nestled on a residential street in the Historic Deanwood neighborhood in Northeast Washington DC every inch of the usable space is filled with natural light and a modern-contemporary design curated with guest satisfaction as our #1 priority. There is 1 room + kitchen. The main room is designed with contemporary-modern furniture with a lux lifestyle vibe. You have the option to use this space as a photo/video/content creation studio or it can be used for headshots, brand photoshoots, etc. The kitchen can be used for food blogging, cooking, prepping videos, and/or photoshoots. With multiple spaces, this space is a beautiful option for your next photo & video shoots, podcast recordings, intimate workshop, and content days. The Dean at 47th is conveniently located minutes from the Washington Monument, and H Street corridor. We are excited to host you!

Health and Safety Measures
To ensure we do our part to keep our guests safe, the suite is cleaned and sanitized with antibacterial cleaners after each booking. This includes high-touch areas with all upholstery sprayed with disinfectant spray. We also provide antibacterial soap for handwashing and cleaning/disinfectant products to use during your booking, if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
