A modern 2 story farmhouse inspired home features an open concept floorpan with industrial grade kitchen that connects the living and dining areas into a functional singular space. We carefully designed every aspect of our kitchen/downstairs to be shoot friendly, featuring 96+ CRI color changeable lighting and professional grade Thermador appliances. There is an abundance of natural light and all windows have treatment options. Accessible areas include exterior of the house, entire downstairs with kitchen, living room, 2 potential dining / staging areas, fireplace, half bathroom and huge backyard. Spacious 2 car garage is also available by request only which can include a white or grey seamless setup for additional cost. Large selection of professional cameras, lighting and grip equipment available at additional cost.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
