This large spaces features a fireplace, pool table, ample seating, a fully equipped kitchen and more. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 20 - Conversational seating areas with couches and arm chairs - Large island with stools - Fireplace - Kitchen equipped with sink, full-sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker - Wi-Fi - Data Ports - *TVs can be used but they must be on mute* FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Glass dishware/containers are NOT permitted in the space. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
