This is a multifunctional event space located in Sherman Oaks. We have a variety of set-ups available for your next booking. Our space has been used for filming, corporate education, yoga, dinner parties, music video release parties and so much more! We are located right next to The Higher Path.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All floors are swept and mopped after every booking. Bathrooms, refrigerator and water dispenser are deep cleaned and sanitized after each booking. Rental items used during each booking are disinfected after use.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
