Rustic house perfect for shoots with waterfront access
About the Space
Our downtown Beacon house has a lot of character and is perfectly laid out for photoshoots and video shoots. Myself and my partner are documentary filmmakers and have filmed multiple interviews in the house. The waterfront land is also great for photography. We also have a bare basement that can be used for moody shoots that can be negotiated but we need extra time to prepare it for your arrival. If needed, we can also provide lighting or camera rental.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
