This cool architecture firm has one desk and a pretty waiting area. Full of interesting art, handmade wood furniture and great wood floors. It's on the 3rd floor of an office building but it's very quiet and private. Use of the therapist office next door is permitted if required. Any scene that needs a simple but upscale office should do that here. Let us know if you'd like to scout. Cleaning fee: $150 Security deposit: $2K/day

The office is cleaned professionally. No one on crew to work if not well. We expect production to provide cleaning products. All should be tested and/or vaxxed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
