Located in the Pinehills, our clubhouse offers a full-size kitchen, cozy fireplace and an outdoor patio space. This space is great for any type of company gathering -- meetings, board meetings, workshops or trainings, presentations, and more. INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - Large Dining Table with Seating for 6 - Full-sized kitchen equipped with sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric cooking range, microwave and oven. - Wi-Fi - Outdoor patio **Grill has been removed from space. FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
