The property also includes access to a beautiful creek, bushwalks, a dam nestled amongst eucalyptus trees and a tree-lined driveway sweeping up towards the residence. This rate is for Monday- Thursday at $300 per hour Keep in mind that weekend rates are at $400 and are not available on Instant Book. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
