Spacious backyard great for any event! Graduations, family reunions, birthday celebrations, you name it, this is the place for you. There is a chic cozy corner you will love for private convos with friends and family. When you're ready to join the party, the yard has the capacity to comfortably fit 80-125 guest. There is plenty of street parking and a FREE manciple parking lot 1 minute away (walking distance). I'm looking forward to hosting your next event.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
