About the Space
My space is great for hosting a party or just bring the family for some quiet time in north Miami. We have a pergola to over shade in the outdoor dining area.. which is next to the outdoor fire pit which has a nice sectional for seating.. we have lounge chairs by the pool for your pleasure.. we also have a towel caddy poolside. You also have access to a full bathroom that is off the pool area located in the guest house. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, grill, side burners and a pizza oven. Lastly a sink and built in cabinets and garbage can. You will not need anything while hosting your guests in our space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
