About SOCIAL HOUSE
Social House is Downtown Greenville's most flexible event space. Social House is very much a DIY event space. We do not mandate vendors, caterers, or beverage sources. We offer multiple lounge areas featuring plush seating, expansive screens, a well-appointed bar and kitchen, a billiards table, garage doors, and other amenities designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Our prime location directly on the Swamp Rabbit Trail positions us conveniently near The Commons, a Southernside Brewing Company, and the picturesque Unity Park. Additionally, our spacious covered porch/deck provides ample outdoor space to relax and unwind.

To ensure a seamless event experience, we recommend booking the space for an additional hour both before and after your designated guest arrival time. For instance, if your guests are invited from 6:00-9:00, we suggest reserving the space from 5:00-10:00, allowing ample time for setup, breakdown, and cleaning before departure. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
