Pricing: Pricing is based on the total number of cast and crew, as well as the areas you plan to use during production or events. Rates listed are for a single area only, and additional areas will need to be discussed and agreed upon. Let’s jump on a call ASAP to discuss your needs—we strive to be as budget-friendly as possible! We have a great fully stocked kitchen for filming cooking things, spacious indoor areas, plenty of room for a crew. Nice, secluded, and well kept out door space, with lots of plants. Backyard and pool is great for shooting swim. There is a set of romantic outdoor stairs, and even the entry way to the house gets great light and it perfect for shooting. Indoors there is a fireplace with beautiful grey marble, and also an indoor staircase with architectural wood paneling as a centerpiece to the house. There’s lots of little gem locations on this property, and the light is amazing sunrise to sunset!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
