Photos and video can be captured in this area while vibing out to your favorite tunes via Spotify or Apple Music. This room would also be great for podcasts. When entering the living room from the foyer, you can’t help but notice the spacious open floor space with natural lighting that connects the family room, kitchen and dining room. Perfect area for photography and filming. These windows can be blacked out by taping black plastic sheeting over them. There’s also a restroom for guests which is adjacent to the kitchen. The areas that were mentioned (which is the right wing of the home covering 1500sq ft.) are only accessible during booking. The main room is approx 19ft6in long and 24ft wide. The main room is open space which is connected to the living room which a length of 11ft6in from this room can be added to the main room (19ft6in) to extend the length to 31ft if need be. Height of the ceiling in the main room is 7ft11in. The property is in Southfield which is bordering Oak Park.
