This space is unique in that we offer the ability to custom paint the walls to make your space truly your own. Whether you want to do it yourself or have our team of talented artists create a masterpiece for you, the choice is yours. And with our on-site MTN paint shop, you'll have access to discounted paint to bring your vision to life. Paintable wall space: 7m X 5m. But our warehouse isn't just for painting. We welcome messy builds that other rental spaces might turn their noses up at. So no matter what creator you are our warehouse is the perfect space for you. In addition to being a great workspace, our warehouse is also ideal for small events, activations, and film shoots. Our in-house production company can provide mood lighting and other services to enhance your event or shoot. So why settle for a boring, cookie-cutter warehouse when you can have a space that's uniquely yours?

Messy work can be undertaken i.e. painting, carpentry, and fabrication. The warehouse wall can be painted by yourself or one of our Artists. We have an on-site bin for reasonable waste from your project. Option to utilise outside areas of warehouse complex in after-hours times. Storage space may be available for long-term projects. On-site MTN aerosol paint shop with client discounts. In-house production company with options to utilise production gear, i.e. lighting, audio, and effects. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
