This diverse space can be transformed to meet the needs of the most guests. Furniture can be arranged for 1-on-1 meetings, board room seating for 10 or presentation seating for 20. Space comes equipped with 65" HDMI/Roku/Internet TV This space would also be great for Book Clubs, Vocational/Rehab Meetings or Study Groups. Guests will also have access to our inside unisex restroom in addition space is wheel chair accessible. Add-ons Include: *Surround Sound Speakers *Clipboards w/Pens *Dry Erase Board (markers/eraser) *Fresh Coffee & Tea or Water. Please factor in 30min in your allocated booking time for set-up and breakdown 15-min each. Patio breakout room or overflow waiting area available as Add-on for an additional fee. Thanks

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
