The back parlor floor apartment is a 1bd + office/1bth located in historic Brooklyn Heights. The space boasts 11’ high ceilings, 87” high windows, 1950s original pink bathroom tiling, tub and sink, and a private “open concept” backyard. The space is 850 sq ft and the backyard is ~150 sq ft. Available rooms: living room, office (currently being painted grey/blue), hallway closet, bathroom & backyard. The bedroom is available as a dressing room. If you need to use the kitchen, we can add that for an additional charge. See the add ons section for details. You may NOT move any furniture or decor unless you discuss it with me first. An additional fee will be added on for moving large pieces. A 1.5x overtime rate will apply for guests who go over their allotted time. *Large crews above 6 people will incur an additional hourly fee or a flat rate — to be negotiated at booking* Please let me know if you'd like to schedule a $50 site visit prior to booking! Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
