- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitiser with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Absolutely loved the space. Simone & Toby offered us the ground floor & outdoors - incl gardens, pool and undercover entertaining area. I had a chef utilising the wonderful kitchen and bar staff serving drinks from trestles undercover near outdoor fridge. The 3 tween boys there also had a dip in the pool which was a glorious bonus to see them happy. We had a perfect day to enjoy a cocktail party celebration. It was perfect. A ground floor 2nd toilet option with a non see through door the only feedback I received. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with me and my friend, for my milestone celebration. I highly recommend and have passed on your Peerspace listing to many 🙏🥂

This venue was so perfect for my 30th birthday event! The space is beautiful and expansive, there was plenty of undercover area and a beautiful garden for a picnic set up. Sim and her family were so welcoming and flexible. They went over and above to ensure I had everything I needed for a great event. I would highly recommend this venue!

This space was great to use for our video shoot. A gorgeous house with lots to offer. Simone was excellent from start to finish, responding quickly, and very accommodating on the day. I would highly recommend this space for your next shoot!
