About Nico Studios LLC
The studio is used personally as a boudoir studio, but absolutely no boudoir is allowed for renters. Studio space is great for seniors, couples, small family groups, corporate headshots and more. There are several couches, a bed, a vanity, a wall backdrop system with 3 paper rolls, and other miscellaneous props. There is a large makeup and client area in the back with a dressing room. Anything related to boudoir (signage or photos) that may not be appropriate for your client's viewing can be removed prior to rental when requested.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
