Dining space inside can host 16 and outside 8. If you want to be close to the lakes, great restaurants, downtown with a feeling of being at a spa retreat, you have found your perfect spot! Vibe: We have quite an open space in various levels of the home with a mid century modern vibe. The home has an artistic feel with art from Local artists who have donated time and art for display. The venue is ideal for a multitude of things including any type of Social Media Content, Filming, Fashion Photography , Product Shots, Interviews, Apparel or Lingerie Shoot. There are many furniture options - sofa, dining, beds, lounge area chairs. Every bedroom has ample windows for beautiful, filtered natural light. There is exposed brick in kitchen area leading all the way to the 2nd level of the home, antique hardwood floors that showcase the style and character of this renovated in 2016 old building. There are 5 spa like Bathrooms savailable in each of the 4 levels of the home. The steam sauna and shower is attached to the king sized bedroom in the 2nd level of the home with ample bench seating for 4-5 people. Please note there is no elevator in the building. Access is through stairs. Refrigerator available stocked with complimentary beverages for you and your clients in both the lower and the main level. -IMPORTANT- *We do charge overtime fees, so please manage your time wisely; your booking is for your session time & clean up time to put the space back to its original condition. thank you!*

1. We do not use bleach in our laundry. All laundry is done in house using environmentally safe ingredients wherever possible 2. Cleaning is done using Clorox in bathroom spaces and general cleaning sprays for the rest of the home.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
