About the Space
Our building has great north-facing light through an almost 10ft window as well as another large window facing the east giving the main floor a fresh, bright atmosphere during the day. The main floor consists of our retail section to the left with a custom-made 8ft spray paint can wall and the large white wall to the right that is often utilized as our gallery. The upstairs loft includes a full bathroom, 2 old fashion pull windows, and our signature, handmade DJ booth. At the back of the 2nd floor is a door leading to the staircase of the building. This space has served well for gallery receptions, and events with our guests, and the uniqueness of the space is a point of conversation. The 2 stories live/work space provides an urban backdrop to any recording, podcast, live stream, or other.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
