The Lookout Event Venue is a unique, tree-lined property with sweeping views of the Seattle skyline—designed for intimate weddings, celebrations, photoshoots, private gatherings, and creative events. The outdoor space feels tucked away and peaceful, yet sits high above the city, offering a stunning backdrop for ceremonies, receptions, and golden-hour photos. The property spans just under 1/3 of an acre and features two distinct levels of outdoor space. The upper yard is a large, open grassy area surrounded by trees and city views—and home to our two friendly Nigerian Dwarf goats, who often make a charming appearance in photos. The lower yard, accessed by a long outdoor staircase, has a more rugged, forest-like feel and features dimmable string lights and an outdoor movie area. Each level offers a completely different atmosphere, making it easy to create a multi-space event experience within one venue. In addition to the backyard, couples and hosts have the option to add indoor access, including our living, dining, and kitchen spaces, a patio with panoramic city views, and a cozy bridal suite/green room—perfect for getting ready, taking a break, or storing personal items during the event. By default, rentals include the outdoor spaces, with optional upgrades for indoor areas, the view patio, and the bridal suite. Access to electricity, water, kitchen, and restrooms can be arranged depending on the package selected and the needs of your event.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
