About the Space
The venue is comprised of several areas: -The black barn can accommodate 50 people seated. We have 6 round tables that seat 8-10 and 3 6' rectangular tables. -The courtyard has one of the best sunset views in North Texas. We have 14 8' benches for courtyard seating. -The flex space is flanked by the gardens and two chicly painted shipping containers. This area is best used for high top bar tables (we have 10), outdoor games, a bar area, lounge area for our outdoor vintage furniture, etc. -The outdoor kitchen has two full refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two full electric ranges.

Any furniture is cleaned between guests. The space is open air.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
