A full, sleek kitchen with high-design features, stove, oven, and vintage-style Smeg fridge. Perfect for filming recipes or photoshoots. Full access of the kitchen is included. Must bring supplies. High-impact bathroom with statement tiles and marble. Going up the floating stairs, there is a loft area with a queen-sized bed. Up one more flight to the rooftop, you get a full Los Angeles skyline view of Downtown LA all the way to the Griffith Observatory. Loft and rooftop are outfitted with Wi-Fi and speakers to connect your own music. Located in the heart of Los Feliz, CA, right next to Hollywood, there are several walkable restaurants and shops. Griffith Park, the Walk of Fame, and hip Silver Lake are all within a 5 minute drive. We are between the 5 and 101 freeways. 15 minutes from Downtown LA and 45 minutes from LAX.
